We are counting down to the Olympics around here. We’ve actually been counting down to the 2018 Winter Olympics since the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics ended. Yes, I know, but I LOVE the Olympics! It’s such a fun way to introduce my kids to different cultures, traditions and sports. The Olympic Athletes have amazing stories of perseverance, they over incredible odds and they are amazing ROLE MODELS!

We recently did our own Olympic Torch Relay, and you can watch here!

If you would like to see previous blog posts about the Olympics – Check out our Olympian Interviews, our Red, White and Blue Inspired treats!

It’s not too late to start reading up on the Olympics with your kids! Here is a list of the books we’ve been reading and enjoying as we wait for the Olympics Opening Ceremony on February 8th!
